Our Partnership Fees:

For counselling, which is our specialty area, we charge hourly rates for time spent. Our basic hourly fee is € 300.00 plus expenses plus VAT.

In our quotes we roughly estimate the amount of time required and from this you can calculate the expected fees. Please be aware that extra fees for a notary public or fiscal advisor may need to be added depending on your case.

We try to be flexible regarding payments and can make arrangements such as lump sum fees and long-term consultancy agreements.

For debt recovery we work according to the basis of the German code of lawyers' fees. This means that our fees depend on the value of the claim.

For your information we have included a "Fee-Table" which shows the range of fees in relation to the value of the claim.

In certain more complex cases it is necessary to charge on the basis of the time actually spent. You will find more information under the section "debt recovery".

Debt Recovery Fees:

Debt recovery fees depend on the value of the debt, you will find that the higher the value of the claim is the lower the relative costs are. If the debt to be collected comes up to EUR 100,000.00 the fees constitute 2 % percent of the value of the claim, whereas in the case of a claim worth EUR 1,000,000.00 with a fee of EUR 6,744.00 the latter constitutes only 0.64 %.
